Here at project SURGE, we welcome runners of all levels (even if you don't think of yourself as a "runner"). We will meet you where you're at, assess your running experience & figure out a plan to help you achieve your running goals.

Don't worry...you don't have to be a "speed demon" to work with a coach. A coach can help you overcome a plateau in your training, or push you that extra bit so you can achieve new running feats! 

 

And let's be real, everyone's goals are different. Maybe you want to run your first 5k? Maybe you are gunning for a new PR in a race you've run every year? Or maybe the mountains are calling and you want to run an ultra?
