One-on-One Run Coaching

Here's what you can expect as a one-on-one coaching client: 

  • Customized plan based on your prior run experience and current goals 

  • Training plan can be adjusted to your individual needs on a week by week or month by month basis as life events such as holidays and illnesses arise

  • Specific guidance on pacing for each workout

  • Form drills to improve running efficiency and for injury prevention 

  • Weekly strength & mobility moves

  • Feedback on key workouts & long runs via Final Surge

  • Advice on training nutrition and race strategy prep

  • Monthly check-in call

  • Weekly text/Final Surge encouragement 

To become a run coaching client, you will first complete the Client Intake Form (button below).

 

The next step is a one-on-one phone consultation regarding your past running experience, your current health & training level, and your running goals.

 

After the consultation, you will receive your training plan in 1 week increments.  

​

Depending on the length of your goal race & current fitness level, training cycles are usually 3-4 months in length.

​

Monthly coaching fee to be paid on or around same date each month, e.g., the 12th if start mid-month.
