One-on-One Run Coaching
Here's what you can expect as a one-on-one coaching client:

Customized plan based on your prior run experience and current goals

Training plan can be adjusted to your individual needs on a week by week or month by month basis as life events such as holidays and illnesses arise

Specific guidance on pacing for each workout

Form drills to improve running efficiency and for injury prevention

Weekly strength & mobility moves

Feedback on key workouts & long runs via Final Surge

Advice on training nutrition and race strategy prep

Monthly check-in call

Weekly text/Final Surge encouragement
To become a run coaching client, you will first complete the Client Intake Form (button below).
The next step is a one-on-one phone consultation regarding your past running experience, your current health & training level, and your running goals.
After the consultation, you will receive your training plan in 1 week increments.

Depending on the length of your goal race & current fitness level, training cycles are usually 3-4 months in length.

Monthly coaching fee to be paid on or around same date each month, e.g., the 12th if start mid-month.
